Our floral catalog is hosted by the e-commerce platform, Rooted Farmers. To shop, florists & floral designers must make an account (completely free!) before they'll be able to see our weekly inventory online every Wednesday afternoon.

Inventory goes live Thursdays at 9am

Buyers can place pre-orders at any time Wednesday through Sunday and place as any orders as they'd like. Growers may add items throughout the week as items bloom, so be sure to check for updates throughout the ordering window!

Pre-orders close Mondays at noon

Pickup orders may come to the collective on Wednesdays from 7:30am - 11:30am or by pre-arranged appointment. Florists choosing delivery for their orders should expect blooms to come their way in the afternoon after market hours end.

Thursday: Ordering window for buyers opens at 9am on Rooted Farmers platform.

Monday: Ordering window closes at 12:00pm.

Monday: Growers harvest & fill orders for the week.

Tuesday: Growers deliver orders directly to the collective hub and flowers are inspected & prepared for order fulfillment.

Wednesday: Delivery, pickup, & in-person shopping day! Buyers can come pick up their orders at the collective hub & shop in-person extra inventory from growers on the market floor. Delivery orders go out after market hours end!

Our tips for using 

watch this first...

Take your time while you shop: As you shop, your cart is reserved for one hour so you can purchase slowly and thoughtfully.

Ordering window: Our ordering window opens 1 week before distribution. This is designed to accommodate florists' need to plan ahead as well as our farmers' constraints related to working with nature. Most products are listed when our weekly email is sent on Wednesday mornings, but sometimes new products are added later. Be sure to check back each day for new items. You're welcome to place as many orders as you want, and we'll charge just one delivery fee.

Setting the correct fulfillment date: Most often, when folks cannot see any product listed, it's because they haven't selected the correct fulfillment date. This can be found at the top right corner. If you select "next two weeks" or custom select the following Wednesday, you will be able to see our inventory.

Sorting the catalogue: Rooted Farmers offers buyers different ways to sort our inventory. Top florist favorites include "stock high to low", "price low to high", and by specific colors. Have a favorite item? Use the search bar to see if it's in season that week.

Wholesale Buyer FAQs

I'm a florist & wholesale buyer. What do I need to know? 

You're in luck! The Bristol Bloom Collective is designed specifically to bring local, fresh product to your studio or shop! 

In order to be a wholesale buyer, you must open a completely free account on our e-commerce ordering platform, Rooted Farmers. You must have a Sales Tax ID. You cannot pre-order flowers from us without this!

Once your wholesale account application has been approved, you’ll receive an activation email from Rooted Farmers. This can take up to 7-10 days so if you’re in a hurry please email help@rootedfarmers.com so they can expedite your application approval. 

Once your account is up and running, head here to be connected to Bristol Bloom Collective! You’ll You'll want to request to be connected with us on the platform.

You are now good to go! 

How does delivery work? 

We deliver throughout the Tri-Cities area of East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. This includes delivery to: Abingdon, Bristol, Elizabethton, Kingsport, Johnson City, and Jonesborough.

Local deliveries are typically in the 10am to 7pm timeframe on Wednesdays. Large order deliveries for Boone, NC will be on Thursday mornings. If you do not see the fulfillment options you are looking for, please get in touch with us via hello@bristolbloomcollective.com. We are always happy to work out rendezvous points and meet up locations with you!

The delivery fee is dependent upon location, but generally ranges from $10 to $45. You can view our order minimums and see the delivery zone map here

If we are delivering to a personal location, we ask that you leave buckets with water on your porch/shady spot on your delivery day so we can place your flowers there if you won't be home to meet us. You will receive a text message from your delivery person when your flowers have arrived! 

Where can I pick up my orders from? 

Pickup is available on Wednesday mornings from 8:00am - 12:30pm at the Bristol Bloom Collective market. It's located at 1509 West State Street, Bristol VA 24201. You'll know you're at the right place when you see the white brick building with the large, colorful flower mural on the side!

How do I submit an order for a future event? 

The best way to place a request for a large future order is to fill out our Advanced Request Order Form at least two weeks in advance to request a pre-order with us. Completing the form does not guarantee fulfillment and is not an official order, but we will be in touch with you to confirm the details. You'll receive an official invoice through the Rooted Farmers platform the week before your fulfillment date. 

What is your return and substitution policy?

Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

To add product to orders when the Bristol Bloom Collective online shop is open, simply submit another order through the store. Payments are not processed until the order is received, so we will merge them on our end and make sure you are only charged for delivery once. 

It is not possible to edit an existing order on Rooted Farmers, but you can send us a message on the Rooted platform or via email if there is anything you need to change. 

Please let us know ASAP if you need changes made to your order. 

How can I communicate my preferences about my order?

Need those cosmos cut as long as possible? Want your ranunculus harvested while fully open? We appreciate any notes or special requests you'd like to add on your order and will do our best to accommodate them!

I'm not a florist. Can I still buy flowers from you?
