While our farm’s focus has been primarily produce & top quality meat sold directly to consumers, we’re intentionally growing flowers at a larger scale to expand our farm offerings. I love growing flowers as a complement to the overall system of our farm. They help attract pollinators & make our farm so much more beautiful.
After serving 13 years in the military, my wife and I decided to pursue our dream of building and operating a small-scale regenerative farm where we could raise our two boys. I enrolled in the horticulture program at VHCC & participated in an internship program on a local farm that specializes in growing cut flowers before we officially opened Red-Tail Grove.
